Through the collection and analysis of negotiations surrounding the gay magazine Destroyer, the intention of this paper is to identify norms of sexuality within a contemporary sex-radical discourse. These negotiations are collected from interviews with individuals whom, at the time of the inter-view, consider themselves or their politics sex-radical. In order to allow for a more general under-standing of the context in which these negotiations have come about, material about Swedish law is also included in this text, together with the interview material, and serves as a base for analysis through the application of Gayle Rubin?s theory on the hierarchical value system of sexuality.Following, are the main themes throughout the paper: The meaning of the context; Sexualized children; The possibility to (not) participate: differences of power; The decision whether or not to sell the publication and The position of the pedophile and crossgenerational love/sexuality within the LGBTQ community.Key words: sex radicalism, pornography, boy-love, kiddy porn, pedophilia, Destroyer, Gayle Rubin..

This essay is investigating heterosexuality in Gun-Britt Sundströms Maken. With help from the queer theories of formost Judith Butler, but also to some extent the ideas of Michel Foucault, I have tried to answer the question of which norms are becoming clear and which are being broken in the novel. I have also looked at a few of Gayle Rubin?s opposites in her sexual value hierarchy. Some of the norms that are brought to light in the essay revolves around faithfulness, lust towards the ?right? person and for the ?right? reasons.

Mot bakgrund av att asexualitet på senare år formulerats som en möjlig sexuell identitet, orientering eller preferens är syftet med uppsatsen att teoretisera den asexuella positionen ? här definierat som ?frånvaro av lust till sexuell praktik?. Detta görs genom en nära läsning av fyra texter som varit centrala inom feministisk och queer teoribildning, med intentionen att undersöka hur asexualitet positioneras i relation till dessa teorier. De teoretiska utgångspunkterna hämtas från feministiska och konstruktivistiska teorier om kön, sexualitet, makt och subjektstatus, främst Michel Foucault (1976)och Judith Butler (1990). Mina läsningar visar att i Gayle Rubins sexuella värdehierarki (1984) tilldelas positioner utifrån sexuellt aktörskap, och det är således sexuella subjekt som kan emanciperas.

Vi ämnar undersöka hur attityder gentemot queerteorier har förändrats och påverkat några prästers yrkesutövande. Målsättningen är att synliggöra utifall queerteorier på Bibeln används på ett aktivt praktiskt sätt eller enbart på ett akademiskt plan. Vi har använt oss av queerteorier utformade av Judith Butler och Gayle Rubin. Genom en intervjustudie utförda med kvalitativ analys, har vi kommit fram till att queerteorier tycks sträcka sig enbart till den akademiska sfären. I understand videogames as an interactive media form that differs from other types of media like film and literature. It is a media form that depends on a player to be played. At the same time it is constituted by rules of how it can be played. I have analyzed my material by a method called close-playing.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka hur normalitet och avvikelse representeras i HBOs tv-serie True Blood. Fokus ligger på hur etnicitet och sexualitet representeras. Uppsatsen frågeställning är: Hur representeras normalitet och avvikelse, med fokus på etnicitet och sexualitet, i HBOs tv-serie True Blood?  Denna har operationaliserats genom ett egenkomponerat analysschema, innehållandes olika teman som utrönts genom författarens förkunskap om tv-serien och dess handling. Metoden består av ett analysschema som använts genom en semiologisk analys samt Stuart Halls representationsbegrepp.

My main purpose with this paper of John Steinbecks Of mice and men is to both analyze the long-lived structures and the unique individual destinies of the novel. I employ the method of the historical Annales-movement and use three divided levels in my analysis to try to capture these high structures and low moments of humanity in Structure, Konjuncture and the Individuality. The first level, Structure, is used to see how long-lived almost invisible geographic structures set the human act of condition. The second level, Konjuncture, is easier to grasp in understanding of time and embraces for example economic structures as the industrialism. The last level of Individuality is the fastest in time and easiest to understand but in the long run also the least important.

Malmö Högskola Lärarutbildningen Skolutveckling och ledarskap Specialpedagogik Höstterminen 2010 ABSTRAKT Rubin, Maria (2010). Pedagogisk utredning av ?tvåspråkiga elever? ? en studie av några gymnasieelevers tvåspråkiga språkutveckling (A Study of Second Language Acquisition of Some Bilingual Students in Upper Secondary School). Skolutveckling och ledarskap. Speciallärarutbildningen, Malmö högskola. Studiens syfte är att belysa och diskutera det resultat som följer av att inom ramen för en pedagogisk utredning inom gymnasieskolan specifikt belysa tvåspråkiga elevers språkutveckling och de förutsättningar som ges för denna.

Samma typ av jäst, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, har använts för att jäsa produkter under en lång tid. Jäst har en potential att förändra en produkt genom olika sekundära metaboliter. De sekundära metaboliterna kan ändra sättet vi uppfattar produktens smak och doft. Metaboliterna kan skapa smaker och dofter som normalt sätt inte är associerat med exempelvis bröd. För att testa potentialen att producera doft hos jäst, isolerades jäst från utvalda äpplen och odlades.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att ta reda på hur socialarbetare i olika kommuner i Sverige resonerar kring homosexuella som vill bli fosterföräldrar. Mina övriga frågeställningar är hur de beskriver ett bra familjehem, och hur de resonerar om barnets perspektiv (när det gäller barn som placeras i samkönade familjehem). Jag har använt mig av den kvalitativa forskningsmetoden genom att telefon-intervjua sju socialarbetare. De teorier som jag har valt, och som jag har använt mig av för att analysera mitt insamlade material är: Socialkonstruktivismen, Gayle Rubins modell om de sexuella hierarkierna, och Queer teorin. Det visar sig att homosexuella fosterföräldrar fortfarande är en minoritetsgrupp. Men trots det betonar socialarbetarna att fosterföräldrarnas sexuella identitet inte ska påverka utredningen.

Den här uppsatsens syfte är att genom ett symboliskt interaktionistiskt och ett social konstruktionistiskt perspektiv öka förståelsen och beskriva komma ut processens samband med feministiskt engagerade lesbiska kvinnor. Den undersöker hur komma ut processen, dvs. den homosexuella identitetsutvecklingen, relaterar till et feministiskt engagemang hos respondenterna. Som teoretisk grund gällande identitetskonstruktion och socialisation har jag främst använt mig av Berger och Luckmann (1991) men även tolkningar av Mead (Berg, 1992; 2007) samt Giddens. För att få en djupare insikt kring kön/genus och sexualitet använder jag mig av Rubin (1984), Rich (1980) och Butler (2007).
